Trapped in Plastic is my personal blog about my collectibles and modeling hobbies.
Ever since I was a kid, I've had a fascination with models, miniatures and small scale things. It started when I was about six years old when my father brought home a surprise in the form of two 1/72 scale Matchbox model kits.
I remember being captivated by these tiny little parts that were seemingly disparate at first but when fit together, eventually built up to form a miniature Jagdpanther tank!
As a child, to me it was absolute magic! Ever since then, I've maintained an interest in model kits and miniature things that have grown beyond model vehicles to include resin figure kits, action figures and other collectibles.
Trapped in Plastic is an extension of that interest, containing a mix of small scale topics ranging from tutorials and articles on my personal projects, to reviews and industry/retail news as well as other topics of interest to hobbyists and collectors.
