Konami created a line of highly popular 1/10th female figure product line and video game tie-in called Busou Shinki (lit. "armament god princess") which utilizes a basic body called the MMS (Multi-Movable System). This body series features mostly fully interchangeable accessories. (I say "mostly" because the MMS body has undergone several revisions.)
To appeal to figure customizers, Konami released a blank "Naked Flesh" figure. The problem is skin tone varies due to the variety of Busou Shinki and MMS-based figures. This chart is a skin tone matching reference.

So which bodies is the Waffedolphin compatable with?
I got Marienda and the parts wont fit. Is there a major difference in the Naked body versions? (Besides tall and small, will I need like a version 3 or 4 or is there a difference?)

The Waffedolphin is one of the older accessory expansion sets for Busou Shinki so it's fully compatible with MMS 1st generation bodies but only partially compatible with newer generation bodies.
Merienda uses the MMS 3rd generation small body where they changed the mid-shin connection point, the head/neck joint assembly, the chest/breastplate and the back-mounted hardpoint piece.
Excluding the actual MMS body design generation (i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd), the main difference between the Naked Body versions is the colour of the flesh.
I've got a Fort Bragg, which one would that be compatible with?

You can use the Fort Bragg set on all the bodies *except* for the chest piece that comes with Fort Bragg. The Fort Bragg chest piece will only fit on MMS 1st and 2nd generation bodies, but not on MMS 3rd generation bodies.
In terms of Naked Body versions, you can use Fort Bragg with full compatibility with Naked Versions 1 to 3. Naked Version 4 and 5 bodies can use all the Fort Bragg pieces *except* the chest piece.
If you intend to use an MMS 3rd body with Fort Bragg, make sure you get the Tall version of the MMS 3rd body. From what I've heard, the MMS 3rd Short body uses a different back-mounted hardpoint piece because it has a shorter torso.
Where would you buy the nude bodies?
The only place to get MMS Naked bodies is through Konami's Japan-only webstore. You'll need to find and use a Japan proxy shopping (aka "middleman") service that includes Konami Style as part of their service.
A proxy/middleman shopper will purchase items on your behalf and you pay them a commission fee and handle the shipping costs.
